We like to have a little extra fun! We often offer special classes or events each month that you can learn more about below!
Spin theme rides
Join Mari for 45 minutes of heart-pumping spin to celebrate various artists. Each class will have a theme of an artist and feature songs by that artist. Artists will be announced on Facebook and costumes and general silliness are encouraged! These classes are great for all levels!
S.P.A.R.K. (Strength, Plyometrics, Agility, Resistance for Kids)
3 - 4 year olds may attend classes with a parent or guardian
5-8 year olds may attend classes without a parent or guardian
This is a freestyle class focused on fun conditioning with bouts of active recovery to improve speed and cardiovascular capacity, performed with a certain amount of playfulness. We also teach what muscles are, how they work, and how to train them to become stronger and perform better for sports and daily life. Partner and team activities will be included in this class.

Attire and What to Bring
Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
Proper clean and DRY gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability

Karate / jujitsu classes
Improve awareness, self-control, and confidence while improving overall fitness. Learn technique, body positioning, leverage, and proper timing. Learn to remain calm under pressure and conserve energy to execute an escape plan.
Open to all levels of fitness.Ages 12+
Instructor Wells holds third-degree black belts in karate, jujitsu and first-degree black belts in judo and weapons and has been teaching off and on for more than 20 years.
