Personal Training Services
We are happy to partner with Move Forward Personal Training to provide our customers with several options for fitness and wellness. Certified trainer, Hanna Lulich, works with people of all ages and abilities. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or just look and feel better, your personal trainer will help you get there.
What to expect:
- We first talk to you to find out about your fitness level and health history.
- Then we set realistic short-term and long-term goals and plan a program for reaching them.
- We educate, motivate and coach you to help you follow your program safely and effectively.
- We give you advice on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
- We help you with your workouts.
- We check and record your progress.
Personal Training Rates:
Personal Training: $30.00 per 1 hour session
Personal Training: $15.00 per 1/2 hour session
Small Group Training (3-4 individuals): $60 per 1 hour session
Couples Training: $40.00 per 1 hour session, with your spouse or friend
Six-Pack Packages, (to be purchased upfront)
Personal Training, 6 sessions: $162 = $27 per session
Couples Training, 6 sessions: $222 = $37 per session
Group classes and yoga class will remain at the current prices.
