We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 8-18 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please secure your spot in class online. 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AMAZING ARMS XPRESS: In this class you will have fun toning and tightening up your arms like you never have before!! We know your time is limited so this Xpress class will spend 30 minutes focusing on specific exercises to tone arms, shoulders and upper back and we will do it together and have a lot of fun while we're at it! All levels welcome!

BEGINNER INSANITY XPRESS: This 30 workout will use modifications and lower impact moves as part of the class structure. This is an excellent class to begin to push past your limits with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. All levels welcome!

BARRE: Barre combines the strength found in dance technique, the conditioning of Pilates and the balance of yoga. With the combination of these principles your benefit from a Barre workout is total body strength while achieving the toned, "dancer like" physique. Did we mention we laugh A LOT in this class?! All fitness levels welcome.

BIKER BARRE: Do you love the Barre class? Love a good bike ride? Then join us for this 45-minute fabulous blend of Bike and Barre. Calorie burning cardio, the booty lift you want and the stretch your body needs, all in one fun and innovative class! All levels welcome!

BIKER BALL:  A new 60-minute fusion class guaranteed to make you sweat and smile. Obtain a great cardio workout on the bikes then grab a stability ball for a total body strength training session. Have a ball and get strong - it may be more challenging and more fun than you anticipate! All levels are welcome!

BODY PUMP: Define and strengthen your body in this awesome muscle conditioning class! This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire! We will use weights and weight bars to tone your upper body, lower body, and core! All fitness levels are welcome!

BUTTS N’ GUTTS XPRESS: Does this class really need a description? We will strengthen and tone the core area of the body including your abs, back, and butt! Come transform your body and help get your greatest “assets” feeling great! We will use a variety of equipment including discs, jungle gym, bender balls, and bodyweight to burn some calories in this quick tracked class!  All levels welcome!

C-ROW BARRE: Core, Row, Barre... This class is a high energy/low impact workout which incorporates indoor rowing, core work, and barre work. All of this is accomplished in 45 minutes which makes it a well balanced workout. Classes are for all fitness levels.

CARDIO XFIT TRAINING:  Join our newest and certified CrossFit Level 1 instructor Matt for this exciting new class! A fun, energetic class that gets the blood flowing and that heart rate up. This course uses a mixture of actual bodyweight and functional movements to build muscle and lose fat.   All fitness levels welcome.

CIZE: Unlike most cardio dance classes, this isn't just about shuffling your feet to old school tunes. CIZE will have you bustin' out full dance routines to the hottest latest music tracks. Get sweaty, gain confidence, and get an amazing workout! Think you can't dance? The instructor will break down the moves, step-by-step, and gradually add on till you and your new dance crew can bust out the whole routine! All levels welcome!

HARDCORE XPRESS: What is your goal? Preventing or decreasing back pain? Improving your posture? Trimmer waistline? This class is for you! A 30-minute class with emphasis on your powerhouse core. All levels welcome

HIIT POWER & CORE:  Burn fat and build muscle power and core strength with this rockstar workout! Your instructors will take you thru a series of short burst cardio moves to increase your stamina and overall fitness then over to the suspension trainers to build total body strength. A fun class perfect for all fitness levels!

JUNGLE GYM: Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Using the Jungle Gym you are in control. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. All levels welcome.

LENGTHEN & STRENGTHEN: This combination of Jungle Gym and Lengthening and Stretch focuses on building strength around the body’s core. Using elements of yoga and suspension training exercises creates a cutting-edge workout that builds both length and strength. All levels welcome!

OPEN GYM XPRESS: It’s a summertime party for your mind and muscles! Shape, tone, sculpt and chisel your way through a workout provided for you or come with your own workout in mind. Ignite staff will be available to assist with the day's workout or will let you do your own thing!  A great way to fit in a workout during your busy summer schedule!

PIYO STRENGTH: Lose weight and completely transform your body! PiYo™ Strength is the perfect blend of many disciplines: yoga, Pilates, core conditioning, dance, stretch, and athletic drills that will help kick up the calorie burn and build muscle! The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, core stability, and agility. Multi-tasking! The hyperactive exerciser’s dream- All levels welcome.

POUND: Channel your inner performer and rock your body with this modern-day fusion of movement and music. Drum along to a slammin' soundtrack using Ripstix™ – weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into a kick-a*s, fat burning, full body interval workout that will leave you dripping sweat. RIDE-N-ROW: Get ready to let it rip! This one-hour class is divided into two half hours! First, enjoy a high interval, sweat induced row ...cardio and strength conditioning all in one! Then switch gears and head on over to the ride studio for the second half hour...take your body and mind on a journey bound to make you work from your head to your toes! All fitness levels welcome.

SPIN: 60-minute fun, athletic, cardiovascular indoor cycling classes - the ultimate calories killer. Start pedaling and let go as the music takes you on the ride of your life along various terrains, speeds and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!!Participants can burn an average of 500-600 calories in one session. All levels welcome.

STABILITY BALL XPRESS: A 30-minute core-powered, complete body sculpting workout using stability balls.  This fun class utilizes the stability ball throughout for total-body muscle sculpting. This class continuously challenges participants with exercises that use either body weight only or dumbbells. All fitness levels welcome.

STRONGBOARD CIRCUIT: A one-of-a-kind, premiere balance platform for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Designed to complement and intensify users’ favorite workout routines, StrongBoard Balance’s patented ‘multi-spring technology’ provides full-body fitness to increase muscle activation and calorie burn.
