Welcome to the 2023 Spring Half Marathon & 10K Run Group. The purpose of the Run Group is to create a fun and engaging environment with the goal of building more meaningful relationships within our running community. Looking for a fun and social running experience? Join up with the Ignite Fitness Running Group to embark on a 9-week program that prepares you for a Spring race or simply builds a great base for the rest of the year! All levels are welcome! 10K option available too - or whatever distance. Just come RUN! Participants who wish to train for the 13.1 miles should have a base of a 3-mile run to find greatest success in the program! However, any and all levels are welcome!


Did we mention this might be the coolest way to meet people in the Ashland area? Okay, so we don’t have proof, but we can guarantee you’ll end up with a few more running pals than you had before. The group will be a structured, but casual and definitely social, and involve a weekly training plan andMonday night runs. Coach Mari will be available for questions by participants via our private Facebook group and on most group run nights!

Our Run Group is structured to help you cross the finish line in 9 weeks! Along the way we will provide you with the following:
• Motivation to keep you moving
• Guidance, Support, and Questions answered!
• Weekly casual group training runs/walks every Monday at 5:30 pm 
• Ignite Fitness Running Group swag
• Camaraderie of others just like you!
